Shipping policy
Shipping rates
- United States: free standard shipping on every order.
- Other countries: a low flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
- United States: usually 7–15 business days after the order ships.
- Other countries: usually 10–25 business days after the order ships.
Our products are sent from partner warehouses, most of them in Asia. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. During holidays and peak seasons, delivery can take a few days longer.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show the first update.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged when the package arrives. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address
Please double-check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can change the address only until the order ships.
Late or lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived 45 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
